This podcast is the result of years of meeting, and speaking with patients and their families. Their common questions and concerns often go unanswered until they’re faced with an uncomfortable situation.
Missed opportunities and miscommunications often lead to anxious patients and families looking for answers, becoming more and more frustrated as they are passed from one care provider to the next. A patient can feel as if they are being pushed through a process rather than getting the care they need with the compassion they deserve.
Convos in Care was designed to provide patients and families with a trusted resource for information regarding skilled nursing and long term care.
With expert insights from interviews with industry leaders and innovators we will unpackage the intricate and often misunderstood fields of skilled nursing and long-term care.
My sincere hope, is that this podcast will help empower patients and their families to make more informed healthcare decisions, to help shed the negative perceptions towards nursing facilities and to showcase the great work, good people are doing.
